Welcome to JetApple Limited (“JetApple”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the JetAP routers (“Devices”), the JetApple Network Service (“Service”), and any associated software or support services (collectively referred to as the “Products and Services”). By using our Products and Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Products and Services.

1. Eligibility

By using our Products and Services, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

2. Use of Products and Services

2.1 Authorized Use

  • You may use JetAP Devices and Services solely for personal and lawful purposes.
  • You agree not to use the Products and Services for activities that violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party agreements, including but not limited to:
    • Engaging in any activities that infringe on intellectual property rights.
    • Transmitting or storing harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

2.2 Network Security

  • JetAP’s peer-to-peer (P2P) encryption ensures secure communication between Devices. However, you are responsible for ensuring the security of your network and connected devices.
  • JetApple reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if it detects malicious activity or breaches of these Terms.

3. Subscription Plans and Payment

3.1 Free Trial

  • JetAP personal customers are eligible for a one-time free trial of the Service for 31 days.
  • The free trial is non-transferable and may be subject to restrictions.

3.2 Paid Subscriptions

  • Subscription options include:
    • Monthly: $12.98/month
    • Quarterly: $29.98/3 months
    • Annual: $99.98/year
  • Subscriptions are prepaid, and charges will apply at the start of each billing cycle.

3.3 Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of your subscription.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Products and Services, including but not limited to trademarks, software, and documentation, are owned by JetApple or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Products and Services without prior written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The Products and Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” JetApple disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • JetApple does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Products and Services or compatibility with third-party systems.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • JetApple shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Products and Services.
  • JetApple’s total liability for all claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services during the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Compliance with Local Laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Products and Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Use of the Products and Services to bypass regional restrictions or engage in prohibited activities may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Termination

JetApple reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Products and Services at its sole discretion if you violate these Terms or for other lawful reasons.

9. Changes to These Terms

JetApple may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of the Products and Services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
  • Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ireland.
